Privacy Policy & Legal Disclaimer
Effective date: November 4, 2026. This page covers wargnema.com. Valley Awakening's own site, valleyawakening.com, has its own policy.
Adult content and age restriction
This site contains sexually explicit material intended only for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). By using it you confirm that you meet that age, that viewing adult content is legal where you are, and that you will keep minors from accessing it. The age gate is a barrier, not a guarantee; we cannot be held liable if someone misstates their age.
What we collect
- Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18 or older, your browser stores a small flag in localStorage so you are not asked again. We never ask for or store a birthdate.
- Cookie choice. Your answer to the analytics question is stored in localStorage the same way.
- Contact messages. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. The form is processed by Web3Forms and used only to answer you.
- Analytics, only if you accept. If you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies and records which pages you visit, your browser and approximate location. If you decline, it never loads.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and basic traffic statistics.
How we use it
To run the site and its age gate, to answer messages, and to understand which pages people use so we can improve them. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for marketing. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect our rights or others' safety.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. The age and cookie flags stay in your browser until you clear its storage. Analytics and server data are kept under Google's and Cloudflare's own retention policies, usually in aggregated form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to us through the contact page and we will answer within a month. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.
Fiction disclaimer
Every story, character, image and scenario on this site is fiction made for adult entertainment. All characters are 18 or older. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
No data from minors
This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Other sites
We link to itch.io, Patreon, SubscribeStar, Discord and valleyawakening.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle data.
